The key takehome: Unlike the distribution channels of the past THIS technology is not one directional.  Information is targeted through internet portals, shared socialnetworks and real interaction with the world and almost immediately re-created and broadcast back out again.  The SMART phone makes it easy, the SMART phone sets a standard.  If NEW INFORMATION [ yes I'm talking about your product or brand] does not contribute to the ” MY STORY” mentality  it is easily discarded.  To make an impression it’s time to get creative, How can you be a part of THEIR experience?  The great news is that you have the same SMART creative tools of photos, video, internet, networks and e-tools to play with and lots of opportunity to learn from your customers by watching how they like to use them.
