ARGs- A Newbie’s point of view
Have you heard about them? Have you played one?
If you ask anyone WHAT IS AN ARG? the answer will depend on who you ask.
- Some might tell you its the newest trend for fan engagement.
- Some might inform that it stands for ALTERNATE REALITY GAME.
- Some might say that it is something ONLY hard core gamers play.
I am here to define it as a way to take part in a story by solving clues left behind by the creators.
I am curious and decided the best way to learn is to to JUMP IN.
I have choosen the SCI FI Television series that is close to my heart and is playing out _LIVE_ in my city of Vancouver.
I will blog my struggles, my insight and my joys and frustrations. Together we can UNDERSTAND this ARG thing together.
